Bookings are allocated a 2-hour maximum time slot. This time slot activates from the initial time of your booking and not your arrival time. This is to ensure fairness for all bookings and to provide the smallest impact on service.

All bookings are subject to a 20-minute grace period, arrivals later than this period can not be guaranteed their original booking time, or table.

All bookings are subject to a per-person deposit, which may vary at peak times, all bookings are only confirmed once we are in receipt of payment. All deposits will be deducted from the final bill, payable at the end of your visit.

We operate a ‘Dress for best’ policy which is applicable to all members of your booking – no sportswear or trainers are permitted in the venue.

Please be aware that a discretionary Service Charge is added to the bill Friday – Sunday.

Last Orders for Food – 20:45pm

Last Orders for Drinks is 00:00am on Friday and Saturday. Mid-week this time is 23:00pm

3SIXTY Misconduct policy:

Visitors are expected to attend 3SIXTY in a manner in which ensures the enjoyment of themselves and others within the venue and that of our staff throughout their service. Personal decorum should be adhered to at all times, failure to comply to this includes but is not limited to: the use of fowl and abusive language, maltreatment of staff and other guests, rude and intimidating behaviour or damage to property.

Proper conduct is required from all visitors to ensure the safeguarding of all staff, and other guests at all times, helping us to provide equal opportunities to all guests during their visit.

Failure to comply to these guidelines may result in:
(a) Ejection from the premises
(b) Withholding of any deposits or payments
(c) Permanent expulsion from the venue and other related businesses.
